Shipping & Returns
When you receive your item(s), please check their condition immediately. The goods are carefully packed and insured against damage. If your purchase has suffered damage during transit, please follow these steps....*Email us right away at email@example.com and include photos, if possible. *Keep ALL packing materials and boxes. Our shipper may want to inspect all articles for insurance purposes. Please note that claims may not be honored if this procedure has not been followed.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are some restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will ship out in-stock items within one business day. Many of the items on our website are made to order and can take up to four weeks for delivery. Please contact us before ordering for items that are time-sensitive.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We work hard to ensure that your shipment is correct, so we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be received in original re-sellable condition and subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%. Special orders and customized items are not eligible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within five business days of when your return is received.
