We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are some restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will ship out in-stock items within one business day. Many of the items on our website are made to order and can take up to four weeks for delivery. Please contact us before ordering for items that are time-sensitive.
When you receive your item(s), please check their condition immediately. The goods are carefully packed and insured against damage. If your purchase has suffered damage during transit, please follow these steps
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. You MUST keep all packaging materials for insurance purposes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of damaged packing and product with your order number.
Our shipper may want to inspect all articles for insurance reimbursement. Please note that claims may not be honored if this procedure has not been followed.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We work hard to ensure that your shipment is correct, so we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be received in original re-sellable condition and subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% and shipping costs. Seasonal merchandise, special orders, and made-to-order items (art poles, floor vinyls, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be received within 48 hours of package delivery. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, and the item you would like to return. Upon return approval you will be sent a return label. *Note, sale or clearance items are final. You should expect to receive your refund within five business days of when your return is received.
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, but must also be requested within 48 hours unless otherwise approved prior to purchase.
